These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and WAE CHARGE TECH CO., LTD. ("WaeCharge", "the Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the waecharge.com website, the WaeCharge mobile application, our charging stations, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a legal guardian, to use the Services.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at admin@waecharge.com.

2. Use of Charging Services

• Follow the operating instructions displayed on the charger and in the application.
• Use only charging cables and equipment that are in good condition and compatible with your vehicle.
• Do not modify, tamper with, or damage the chargers or related systems.
• Please move your vehicle from the charging bay once charging is complete so others can use the station (overstay fees may apply as posted at the station).

3. Fees and Payment

• Charging rates are displayed in the application or at the station before you start a session.
• The Company reserves the right to change rates, with reasonable advance notice.
• Payments are processed through the channels we support, such as credit/debit cards, PromptPay, or in-app wallet.
• For billing disputes, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of others' rights.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users' accounts.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or placing an unreasonable load on our systems or networks.
• Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering our software.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property in the Services belong to the Company or its licensors. Use without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, use the Services fraudulently, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by following the steps on our Account Deletion page.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
