WAE CHARGE TECH CO., LTD. ("WaeCharge", "the Company", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you use the waecharge.com website, the WaeCharge mobile application, our charging stations, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

• Charging data — charging history, stations used, energy delivered, session duration, and fees.
• Payment information — transaction records and payment method details (we do not store full card numbers; card processing is handled by certified payment providers).
• Location data — approximate or precise location (with your permission) to help you find nearby charging stations.
• Device and usage data — device model, operating system, IP address, cookies, and app/website usage data.
• Communications — messages you send us via forms, email, or support channels.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide EV charging services, manage your account, and process payments.
• To help you find charging stations, show charger availability, and improve your experience.
• To provide customer support and resolve issues.
• To improve and develop our products, services, and system security.
• To send news, promotions, and notifications (only with your consent).
• To comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

3. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data, only as necessary, with:

• Service providers acting on our behalf — such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and analytics providers — under data protection agreements.
• Charging network partners, to the extent necessary to enable cross-network charging.
• Government or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law (for example, accounting and tax records are kept for the legally required period). After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

5. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures — including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular system reviews — to protect your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

6. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate or outdated data.
• Request deletion or destruction of your data (see our Account Deletion page).
• Restrict or object to the processing of your data.
• Request data portability and withdraw consent.
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
